Session Invalidation Reports

Reports Module Overview

The Reports module in the ZTrust Admin Console provides detailed insights into user activities, session invalidations, and brute-force authentication attempts within the system. This helps administrators monitor, analyze, and manage security-related events efficiently.

  1. Session Invalidation Reports:

This section provides visibility into all terminated or invalidated user sessions. It helps administrators identify reasons for session invalidation and track user activity related to session management.

The report includes the following fields:

  • Username → The user whose session was invalidated.

  • User ID → The unique ID of the user.

  • Time → The exact timestamp when the session was terminated.

  • Reason → Why the session was invalidated (e.g., Manual Logout, Forced Logout, Policy Violation).

  • IP Address → The IP address from which the user was connected.

  • Geo-Location → The approximate location from where the session originated.

Admins can analyze session invalidations to detect unusual logout patterns or forced disconnections, improving security monitoring.

Download Options

The Reports module provides flexible download options to export reports for further analysis, record-keeping, or compliance purposes. You can download reports in multiple formats:

  • PDF → For structured, printable reports.

  • Excel (XLSX) → For sorting, filtering, and advanced analysis.

  • CSV → For integrating with external analytics tools or databases.

Admins can easily generate detailed reports for audits, security analysis, or organizational compliance requirements.
