Initially the realm won’t have any users.
Steps to create an User -
Open the ZTrust Admin Console.
Click on master on the top left corner.
Then select the realm that you created.
Click on Users in the left-hand menu.
Click on Add User
Fill the required details

Enter the username of the user

Enter the preferred Email ID
First Name

Enter the First Name of the user
Last Name

Enter the Last Name or surname of the user
Click on Save.
The User will be created and the ID will be automatically generated.
Click on Users, and you can see the new User generated.
The user will need a password to login.
To set the initial password, follow these steps -
Click on the ID of the new user that you generated.
Now click on Credentials at the top of the page.
Fill the Set Password form.

Enter the password for the user.

Same password as mentioned above.

Toggle
Turn it “OFF”, so that the user does not have to update the password after the first login.
Enter the password in the Password and Password Confirmation.
Click on Set Password.
