# Setup Time-based One-Time Password (TOTP) Based Login

Time-based One-Time Password (TOTP) for two-factor authentication to enhance account security. Users are required to enter a time-sensitive code generated by an authenticator app during login. TOTP can be easily enabled and customised through the authentication flows in the ZTrust admin console.

To configure the QR Code Based Authentication, follow the below steps:

1. Login to the ZTrust Admin console.
2. Go to the Authentication tab

3. In Flows choose a browser and make a copy of it.

4. After coping create a flow like below

5. Next click on the Action then Bind flow&#x20;

6. Select as Browser Flow, Click on Save.

7. The TOTP Based LogInfeature is configured now.
8. If you have integrated an application, open its endpoint otherwise, open the Self-Service Portal URL to verify the flow.
