License

The License page in the ZTrust Admin Console allows administrators to activate and manage their licenses. It ensures that only valid, authorized deployments are used by fetching license details directly from the ZTrust Licensing Server.

Overview

The License page is located under the Admin Console → Master Realm → License tab. This page is used to:

• Fetch a valid license using a promo code provided by the ZTrust team.

• View license details, such as:

  • Product ID

  • Promo Code

  • License Key

  • Activation Status

  • Activation & Expiry Dates

  • License Type

  • Customer Information

  • Registered Organization

  • Number of Allowed Users

• Activate the license after reviewing the terms and conditions.

Enter Promo Code

• Obtain the promo code from the ZTrust Support Team.

• Enter the promo code in the Promo Code field.

• Click the Fetch License button.

• Fetch your license details automatically.

Activate the License

1. Once the license details are fetched, click the Activate button.

2. A License Activation Modal will appear.

3. Carefully read the License Terms & Conditions.

4. Select the I Accept checkbox.

1. Click Activate to confirm.

After activation:

• The Activation Status changes from Inactive to Active.

• The Activation Date is automatically updated.
