1. Overview

This upgrade makes ZTrust more user-friendly and convenient. New features include self-activation and management of inactive users. We've also introduced the ZTrust Mobile Authenticator App, and we'll be continuously working on it to add more features and enhancements.

2. Key Features and Updates: What You Need to Know

Below are the main enhancements made to ZTrust to enhance user convenience.

2.1. Self Activation API developed

ZTrust already had the capability to deactivate inactive user accounts. Upon deactivation, users receive notifications along with instructions to reactivate their accounts independently.

2.2. Mobile Authenticator App

The new ZTrust Mobile Authenticator App allows users to authenticate using their username and password. It also offers passwordless login options via Push Authenticator and QR Code Scanner based authentication methods.

2.3. Managing inactive users

ZTrust now includes a new feature allowing archiving of inactive user accounts. In addition to deletion, it supports archiving inactive accounts after a set period. Users will receive notifications to take action, and if there's no activity within the specified time, the account will be deactivated or deleted.
