1. Go to the Authentication tab
2. Click on Duplicate to copy the Registration flow.
3. Enter the name for the new flow - ReCAPTCHA Registration flow
4. Click on Duplicate.
5. For the Recaptcha field, Click on Settings.
6. Now fill in the required details.

Recaptcha Site KeyTextEnter the value for the Recaptcha Site Key as generated from the Google reCAPTCHA portal.
Recaptcha SecretTextEnter the value for the Recaptcha Secret Key as generated from the Google reCAPTCHA portal.
Use recaptcha.netToggleWhen activated, it utilizes recaptcha.net; when deactivated, it defaults to google.com.
7. Click on Save. 8. Now change the Recaptcha from Disabled to Required.
9. Click on the Actions, and then Bind flow.
10. Select the Registration flow.
11. Click on Save.
12. Go to Realm Settings.
13. Click on the Security Defenses tab.
14. Change the X-Frame-Options and Content-Security-Policy as required.
15. Click on Save.
