How to setup Archive Inactive User feature

If an inactive user doesn't engage even after receiving the email notification, their account will be archived for the specified number of days, after which it will be deactivated.

To set up the feature for archiving the Inactive User, do the following steps

  1. Login to ZTrust Admin Console.

  2. Go to Realm Settings.

  1. Go to the Localization tab.

  1. Give the locale name as required, for example - Archive-User.

  1. Click on Create.

  2. Provide the Key as deactivate-inactive-users and Value as False.

  1. Click on the dropdown for Locale and select Archive-User.

A table will be displayed containing the Key, Value and Actions to either Edit or Delete the localization text.

  1. Click on Add localization text.

  1. Provide the Key as required, for example - deactivation-time and the Value as 8 (example).

  1. Click on Save.

  1. Click on Add localization text.

  2. Create a Key as deactivation-time-unit and Value as days, hours or minutes. For example - minutes

  1. Click on Save.

  1. Click on Edit for deactivate-inactive-users.

  1. Change the Value from false to true.

  1. Click on Save.

The feature to archive inactive users has been configured now.
