Authenticator Setup from Self-Service Portal

The ZTrust Self-Service Portal (SSP) allows users to easily configure their authenticator for secure multi-factor authentication.

Authenticator Setup:

A dedicated tab for Authenticator Setup is available within the Self-Service Portal.

If a user is logged out from the ZTrust Authenticator, they can follow these steps to regain access:

  • Log in to the Self-Service Portal (SSP).

  • Navigate to the App Configure tab.

  • A QR code will be displayed.

  • Scan the QR code using the ZTrust Authenticator App to re-enable access to the Authenticator.

After a successful scan, you will be prompted to enter your credentials. Once validated, the user will be logged in.

This process ensures a seamless recovery of access, while maintaining a high level of security for the user.
