Set Your Profile Photo in Self-Servicce Portal

ZTrust allows you to personalize your profile by uploading a profile photo through the Self-Service Portal (SSP). Upon logging into SSP, users can upload a profile picture to ZTrust, which will be displayed as their official profile photo. The platform provides a seamless process for selecting, editing, and updating the image. Users can choose a photo, crop it for the best fit, and save the final version, ensuring a professional and personalized appearance.

1. Log in to the Self-Service Portal (SSP).

1. Click on the profile image to open a pop-up window.

1. Click on "Change Image". You will be prompted to select a photo from your local device.

1. After selecting the image, you can resize or crop it as needed. Once done, click "Crop & Save".

2. Your profile photo will be successfully updated and saved in ZTrust.
