4.27 Setup Delete Archived/Inactive User feature

To uphold user account security and optimize resource allocation, inactive or archived user accounts are deactivated. It is implemented to mitigate unauthorized access and potential security vulnerabilities.

To set up the feature for deletion of Archived/Inactive User, follow the below steps

  1. Login to ZTrust Admin Console.

  2. Go to Realm Settings.

  3. Click on Localization.

  1. Go to the Realm overrides tab.

  1. Click on Add translation.

  2. Provide the Key as Delete-inactive-users and the Value as False.

  1. Click on Create.

  2. Click on Add translation.

  3. Provide the Key as deletion-time and give any number as the Value, for example - 8

  1. Click on Create.

  2. Click on Add translation.

  3. Enter the Key as deletion-time-unit and the Value as minutes, hours or days. For Example - minutes.

  1. Click on Create.

  2. Click on Edit Action for Delete-inactive-users.

  1. Change the Value to true from false.

  1. Click on the checkmark icon.

The feature to delete the archived/inactive user has been configured now.
