4.21 Setup Archive Inactive User feature

If an inactive user doesn't engage even after receiving the email notification, their account will be archived for the specified number of days, after which it will be deactivated.

To set up the feature for archiving the Inactive User, do the following steps

  1. Login to ZTrust Admin Console.

  2. Go to Realm Settings.

  3. Go to the Localization tab.

  1. Go to the Realm overrides tab.

  1. Click on Add translation.

  2. Provide the Key as deactivate-inactive-users and Value as False.

  1. Click on Create.

  2. Click on Add translation.

  3. Provide the Key as required, for example - deactivation-time and the Value as 8 (example).

  1. Click on Create.

  2. Click on Add translation.

  3. Create a Key as deactivation-time-unit and Value as days, hours or minutes. For example - minutes

  1. Click on Create.

  1. Click on Edit for deactivate-inactive-users.

  1. Change the Value from false to true.

  1. Click on the checkmark icon.

The feature to archive inactive users has been configured now.
