3.9.2 Login

In the Login tab, you can configure various login-related settings and manage post-login options available to end users.

User Registration

This toggle controls the visibility of the Register option on the login screen:

  • ON → End users can see the Register option.

  • OFF → The Register option is hidden.

Forgot Password

This toggle manages the visibility of the Forgot Password? option:

  • ON → End users can see and use the Forgot Password? option.

  • OFF → The option will not be displayed.

Remember Me

This toggle determines whether the Remember Me checkbox appears on the login screen:

  • ON → Users can choose to stay signed in.

  • OFF → The option is hidden.

Email as Username

This toggle enforces login using email only:

  • ON → Users can only log in using their Email ID.

  • OFF → Users can log in using either Username or Email.

Login with Email

This toggle controls whether users can log in using their email:

  • ON → Users can log in using either Username or Email.

  • OFF → Users can log in using Username only.

When turned ON, users can log in using either the Username or Email.

Duplicate Emails

This toggle determines whether multiple users can share the same email address:

  • ON → Multiple users can register using the same email address.

  • OFF → Each user must have a unique email address.

Note: Changing this setting automatically clears the user cache. After disabling duplicate email support, it is recommended to manually update existing user records in the database to comply with the new constraint.

Verify Email

This toggle manages email verification:

  • ON → Users must verify their email after initial login or when updating their email address.

  • OFF → Email verification is not required.

Edit Username

This toggle button enables the Admin User to edit the Username field.

Go to the Users tab.

Click on the Username for any user. For example - demo3

When the toggle button is ON, the Username field becomes editable.

If disabled or turned OFF, the Admin User cannot edit this field; it remains visible but as a read-only field.
