3.10.2 Required Actions

The Required Actions section in ZTrust allows administrators to define specific tasks that users must complete during the authentication process. These actions ensure that users provide the necessary information or perform essential steps before successfully completing authentication.

Overview

  • Required Actions represent mandatory tasks assigned to users during login or registration.

  • Users cannot complete authentication until all assigned actions are finished.

  • Administrators can enable or disable actions, set default actions, and prioritize their execution order.

You also have the ability to adjust the priority of actions by dragging and repositioning them up or down according to your prioritization needs.
