# 2.1 System Requirement

#### Overview

**LivestreamIQ** is deployed as a centralized monitoring and management platform for **Apache Kafka** environments, providing the following capabilities:

* Multi-cluster Kafka monitoring
* Topic and consumer group visibility
* Broker health monitoring
* Lag monitoring and analytics
* Dashboarding and reporting
* PostgreSQL 17 with TimescaleDB, for metrics storage and historical analysis
